PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE THIS LISTING If you'd like to commission a ceramic miniature of your home, shop or any real or imaginary building, this listing is a great source of information on how to place an order & see examples of my work as well as the making process. I am able to create structures measuring anywhere from 3 in the longest dimension & up to 20 in the longest dimension. I can create a simple closed-up miniature building or a building with windows cut out so it can be used as a tea-light holder. REFERENCE PHOTOS I will require photos of the building from each side as well as a picture of the roof. ( Google Maps view snapshot is OK) If you don't have the photos of the building or if you would like to create a non-existing building, sketches will work just as well. Please do not send AI-generated imagery, but mood boards are OK. MATERIALS: Your house will be made of clay (stoneware or porcelain). I use non-toxic underglaze, pigments & glazes. Some houses can be equipped with LED lights and/or Christmas lights. PRODUCTION TIME: Production typically takes 5-9 weeks. With Christmas being the busiest season I typically stop take Christmass orders in October. COST: Depending on the size of the item & construction complexity, the price of a custom house varies between $250 - $4000. Additional shipping charges may apply if the item is being packed & shipped by a third party (like UPS). Once we've discussed your order, I will create a personalized listing for you to purchase. HOW CUSTOM ORDERING WORKS: Note that not all houses are a good fit for this project & I may not be able to take upon some orders because of the size or complexity. Send me a message with some pictures (or sketches when pics are not available) & a size approximation & I will be able to give you a quote. Once we've discussed the materials, colors & look of your project, I will create a private listing for you to purchase.
