Pop Up Gazebo Frame Specification With strength and ease of use at it's core, Poptents aluminium gazebo frames are the best on the market, here's why. The aluminium used is 2mm thick throughout the entire frame- industry standard is around 1.5mm. The legs are 40mm square with added reinforcements and the roof bars are 30x15mm, also reinforced on the inside. The result from these strengthened bars is a metal gazebo frame that will support the weight of 2-3 men hanging from the centre of the frame. With fully polished aluminium joints throughout the entire frame the strength of the gazebo is further enhanced. The metal joints keep the bars in the correct position as well as preventing any lateral movement in the roof of the tent. There is also easy glide sliders that allow the gazebo to pop up effortlessly in a few minutes. Gazebo Fabric Specification The material used for our gazebo roof and side walls is a 600D grade. This is a tough grade whilst remaining lightweight and flexible. It is important that the material is flexible to allow it to be worked, rigid material will crack and split when over worked. It is made of 100% polyester with a PVC coating which gives a high quality finish and gives the red a professional sheen.
