Reversible head and footboards let you choose a panelled or smooth look. The ladder can be positioned on either side, so it works with your room layout. There's a safety rail on the top bunk, and the bed must be attached to a wall for stability, that's really important for kids' furniture. When you split it into singles, both beds sit at the same height, so they'll look neat side by side. The included wooden slats support the mattresses without needing extra base boards.
