The Brooklyn High Sleeper Bed from Habitat gives you a clever space solution that works really well in smaller bedrooms. It's a single bed raised up high, with a proper work station underneath that's got shelves and a desk, so there's a spot for homework, laptop work, or creative projects. The solid pine frame with chunky top rails keeps everything sturdy and supportive through daily use. High safety sides on the bed itself give you proper protection at night. The fixed ladder can go at either end, so you can position it to suit your room layout. The ladder's firmly attached for safe climbing up and down. Sprung wooden slats support the mattress and help with airflow. There's storage space beneath the desk for books, folders or bits and pieces. Wall-mounting is required for stability, that's really important for raised beds and it's clearly flagged in the safety instructions. The maximum mattress depth is 16cm to maintain the protective height of the safety rails. Suitable for ages six and over, and tested for adult use too.
