uFurnish.com, the UK’s No.1 Furniture Finder website for home furniture and furnishings, is delighted to announce the winners of its 2026 Home Awards. Recognising those who create and share their beautiful interiors and designs of their own home, including content creators, influencers, home innovators and bloggers.
The glamorous ceremony was held on Monday, 19th of October 2026, at the beautiful Kimpton Fitzroy Hotel in central London. The third year of the uFurnish.com Home Awards in partnership with media partner Metro had more than 1,400 entries, celebrating a wealth of UK interior design talent across 19 categories. Ranging from 'Best DIY Creation' to 'Best Entertaining Space'.
Highlights
Astrid Dolan (@astriddolan), a home interiors content creator and single mother with more than 75,000 Instagram followers, was crowned the Overall Public Vote Winner at the uFurnish.com Home Awards 2026. Her nursery design captured the public’s attention with its soft colour palette, layered textures and playful details. Creating a warm and uplifting space for herself and her two daughters. Inspired by a deeply personal journey following the loss of her husband, the project reflects how interiors can offer comfort, creativity and a sense of hope. Her win celebrates both her inspiring approach to home design and the meaningful story behind it.

uFurnish.com 2026 Home Awards Judges
The uFurnish.com Home Awards attracted 42,890 public votes across 1,415 entries. uFurnish.com assembled an incredible line-up of expert judges to adjudicate the Home Awards. This year’s judges were:
- Barbara Chandler MBE: An award-winning photographer, design writer and founder of GREEN GRADS. She has around 50 years of experience covering design and decoration.
- Deborah Arthurs: Editor-in-Chief of Metro with extensive experience in journalism and a passion for homes, interiors and period property renovations.
- Deirdre Mc Gettrick: Founder and CEO of uFurnish.com and creator of the Home Awards. Deirdre is passionate about helping everyone create their dream home.
- Eva Sonaike: Founder and creative director of a luxury interiors brand celebrated for its vibrant West African-inspired textiles and furnishings.
- Jayne Dowle: An award-winning homes, gardens and interiors journalist and author with over two decades of experience in renovation, upcycling and home design.
- Marianne Shillingford: An interiors and colour expert with over 30 years of industry experience and founder of the Colour in Design Awards.
- Max McMurdo: A sustainable design expert, author and TV presenter known for his innovative approach to upcycling, campervan design and small-space living.
- Mel Hunter: An experienced journalist specialising in helping readers save money on their homes and gardens through accessible advice and budget-friendly ideas.
- Nicki Bamford-Bowes: An interior designer and stylist known for her bold and creative approach to transforming homes, as well as her appearance on BBC's Interior Design Masters.
- Nicky Rampley-Clarke: A freelance interiors, property and homes journalist and brand editor whose work features in leading newspapers and lifestyle publications.
- Stuart Douglas: A property expert and TV presenter known for co-hosting Channel 4 shows, including Worst House on the Street and Can't Sell, Must Sell.
- Wayne Perrey: Known as The TV Carpenter, he is a professional carpenter, DIY expert, writer and presenter across leading television shows and publications.
