The Decortie Multi is a narrow bookcase that stacks five open cube compartments into a single 167 cm column. Each compartment gives a 28.5 cm opening, enough for paperbacks, box files, a small speaker, folded throws or a trailing plant, and the cubes alternate their facing as they rise so the front stays visually broken up rather than flat. At just 32 cm wide and 22 cm deep it slots into the narrow wall between a door and a corner, at the end of a hallway or beside a desk where a standard shelving unit will not fit. The panels are 18 mm particleboard in a matte finish that wipes clean with a soft, dry cloth, and the unit carries up to 50 kg spread across the five compartments. It stands freestanding or fixes to the wall, and a tipover restraint is included so it can be secured.
