Our oak dining table sets are proudly handmade from solid oak wood. Each piece of timber goes through a lengthy process of seasoning and kiln drying until its ready to be crafted. Made using time-honored techniques the table features an inlaid groove to accommodate expansion in the wood and prevent bowing. The wood is finished using a clear lacquer to maintain the natural oak colour and enhance the appearance of the wood grain as well as providing a protective seal. Minimal home assembly is required to attach the legs to the tabletop using the bolts supplied.
