Down is the feathers from the belly of the duck, this means it is softer and much more insulating making these excellent winter duvets. The materials confirm to British Manufacturing standards BS5355. CAMBRIC PROOF COVER: You don't need to worry about feathers poking out or escaping due to the 100% cotton 220 thread count cambric cover. The cover acts as an anti dust mite casing and is hypoallergenic. NATURAL MATERIALS: An all round durable duvet made from natural materials including: cotton, duck feathers and duck down. Due to the natural materials this product may have a slight odour: we recommend airing product for 24 hours before use.
