Its look is inspired by Art Deco vibes, the gold, that certain old-fashioned elegance & by some finesse in the attitude I cannot explain. The gilded MDF base is quite thin (9mm) because we liked the idea of it resembling a metal plate. The top is minimal too, made with just two receding squared panels which mimic the Greek metopes on the base/top of their columns. We believe it's a great piece of furniture for your home. Imagine it as a side table next to your favourite armchair, sitting in front of your sofa or I don't know, what about using Piaf as a unique nightstand? Piaf is lightweight, easy to assemble but absolutely strong.
