Each piece is beautifully unique & we celebrate this in the following.... ABOUT THE WOOD This piece of furniture is made from reclaimed wood. We celebrate signs of wear & tear that come with age. These can include splits, dents, nail holes, saw marks, spray paint, staining & natural curves & bowing in the wood... Regardless of these distinctive marks, each piece is carefully tailored to assure a sound, solid & lasting piece of furniture that is both beautiful & functional. The wood we use - scaffold boards & salvage wood - comes from a life mainly spent outdoors. Each board has been exposed to different previous life experiences & therefore each table will show this differently. We make each piece using the same joinery & surface treatment. Images in the ad are for reference only. FINISHES We sand the wood to create a functional smooth writing, dining, or seating surface whilst maintaining the original aged aesthetic. After a final fine sanding, we finish the wood with the best quality mix of natural oils, stains & waxes which protects & enhances the wood. This gives a durable & resistant finish to your furniture that is easily cleaned & easily maintained FINISH COLOURS & TONES We offer a range of finish colours, which you can choose from the drop down menu when purchasing The final colour, tone & shade of each individual item is unique. It will vary from board to board, & from piece to piece due to the nature of the reclaimed wood & the hand making process ABOUT THE LEGS Our industrial box steel legs come powder coated for protection against rust, in clear or satin black (choose your finish when checking out) These solid, industrial box section legs are very sturdy, using 75mm x 25mm box section & TIG welded. This means they are capable of handling the largest & heaviest tables Made using ERW steel with visible seams the CLEAR COAT finish gives an industrial look, whilst the SATIN BLACK powder coat gives a slick fin SHIPPING Please see general shipping advice for your country on the Shipping & Policies tab above. Our tables are SHIPPED FLAT PACKED, with the legs detached to avoid damage in transit, & to allow easy access anywhere. Since there is more than 1 box it's possible that your consignment may arrive at different times. We supply all our furniture with insert nuts, bolts & an allen key. It is simple & quick to assemble. For UK BUYERS our furniture is mainly sent via courier, on a 24hr or 48hr service (according to the size). LARGER ITEMS are sent with a private courier of trust (they will be in touch with you to arrange ETA once the furniture is dispatched).
