Each piece is beautifully unique & we celebrate this in the following.... ABOUT THE WOOD This piece of furniture is made from reclaimed wood. We celebrate signs of wear & tear that come with age. These can include splits, dents, nail holes, saw marks, spray paint, staining & natural curves & bowing in the wood... Regardless of these distinctive marks, each piece is carefully tailored to assure a sound, solid & lasting piece of furniture that is both beautiful & functional. The wood we use - scaffold boards & salvage wood - comes from a life mainly spent outdoors. Each board has been exposed to different previous life experiences & therefore each table will show this differently. We make each piece using the same joinery & surface treatment. After a final fine sanding, we finish the wood with the best quality mix of natural oils, stains & waxes which protects & enhances the wood.
