You can either buy the baubles & strings separately as a set & build your own design or you can opt for the one-piece panel option. BAUBLE SETS There are 2 different sized sets to choose from. You will receive 14 hearts & 6 strings. APPLICATION For our Seasonal Window Decals we use a static cling vinyl that is not sticky at all & is super easy peasy to apply, reposition & reapply, it goes on like a dream! All you need is a spray bottle filled with slightly soapy water, a bank card & some scissors (if your decal needs trimming).
