Pocket springs The pocket springs in The Waitrose Wool 1600 are carefully housed in an individual pocket, so they each respond and react as you move, providing precise pressure relief throughout the night to keep your body weight evenly distributed. The Waitrose Wool Collection sleep surface is a breathable and soft viscose woven blend with a fitting sheep motif design. Our British wool is responsibly sourced from our award-winning Waitrose farms, as well as assured farms in the UK. Our partnership ensures we know exactly where our wool is coming from and that our farmers get a fair price for the wool that they produce. Make the most of your new mattress Leave your new mattress to air in a well-ventilated room for a few hours to diffuse any natural scents from its fillings. This mattress complements a sprung bed base to enhance its luxury feel, but if you have a slatted base, ensure the gaps are no more than 7.5cm apart. Follow the care instructions supplied. We recommend using a good quality mattress protector under your bed linen to protect your new mattress from spills and stains.
