MADE TO ORDER - These minimalist yet traditional looking candleholders are glazed in an elegant ivory shade, also used in my Kiddush cup & Pessach plate, so if you like you can have a beautifully growing set. The candlesticks are handcrafted on the wheel; minor differences therefore might be. They are fired at 2228oF/1220oC, which ensures durability & strength. The long candlesticks are printed in black & 24 karat gold with an excerpt from Shabbat songs in Hebrew (Rashi script) : Lecha Dodi Likrat Kallah Penay Shabbat Nekabelah meaning: come my beloved, to greet the bride; let us welcome the Sabbath. The short candlesticks are elegantly modest & quiet, with no writing. The candles are well held in the candlestick holders. I recommend to have the bottom of the candle warmed a little bit, & then inserted in. Having 24kt gold inscription, washing by hand is suggested.
