This leather comes to us in pristine condition & we put it through various dying & staining techniques to give it a distressed look. We've gone for the look of a beaten up old flying jacket for this one. We finish the rustic look by leaving the natural edge of the hide on the wraparound flap, each one of these will be unique, some will have quite a straight edge, some will have a bit of a slant & some will be irregular. As it is the natural edge of the leather you might even find small scars, cuts or even holes on this edge. The wraparound cover will enclose your contents & is held in place with thonging that we make from the same leather, this make an adjustable pen loop inside the cover. We also offer a free personalised pen loop which slips onto the wrap cord, please let us know if you would like this. This is for those of you who want a more informal way of storing your paperwork, it would be ideal as a travel journal / planner or personal organiser. This binder contains a good quality metal 6 ring binder mechanism with 3cm (1.2 inch) diameter rings & takes approximately 2.4cm (1 inch) depth of A5 paper with 6 holes (Filofax compatible). It is large enough to take punched pockets & dividers & is compatible with all A5 Filofax organiser inserts. It will be supplied empty & ready for you to fill.
