A made-to-order coffee table trunk in a vintage industrial railway design, hand-crafted by Simon using reclaimed, upcycled & FSC certified materials. Featuring inlaid lid & ends, chunky plank kickboard & lid surround, industrial steel handles & fastenings, sliding metal lid stay, hidden rear hinges, wood chock lid supports & 2 base runners. Finished with 'British Railways' text to lid & front face & 'Engine Shed 4' to rear in Farrow & Ball's Hague Blue. The reclaimed timbers bring their own knots, grains & tones no two chests are identical. As one customer put it, this has that heirloom feel you just don't get with off-the-shelf furniture.
