Bespoke lampshades are made individually to order, making pattern placement differ from shades on the website, we endeavour to match as close as possible, but we are governed by the size of panel/frame used. All shades are wrapped with cellophane, bubble wrap & carefully packed into a double walled box, clearly marked 'fragile' before posting. Goods are delivered to UK addresses, with reputable courier/postal services with tracking facilities. Stock items are dispatched within 3-5 working days after receipt of payment. All made to order are normally dispatched 2-3 weeks after receipt of payment, we do try to fulfill orders earlier if possible. We will notify you when your purchase has been dispatched via email.
