Authentic handmade artwork. This cherry slab was sawn & air dried by a sawyer who built his own saw mill in the Midwest. The base is a play on compound angles & hand cut joinery with the legs dovetailed into to the top making a very solid table. A few hickory butterfly keys contrast the warm cherry color & natural grain of this beautiful slab. Wabi sabi embraces the natural form of this slab elevated by a geometry unique to this piece alone.
