Hand crafted Needle felted bears . mother & child felted bears. This is an Artisan needlefelting sculptures by Lizabeth fiber animals Made using quality wool's such as merino , corriedale, manx loaghtan & others. This mother & child needle felted Bear sculpture is mounted on to a solid wood slice, base. Both bears have an internal wire armature. So they are self supporting.T hey have both been hard felted on to the wire armature with a second top coat to give a fur like appearance. The mother needle felted Bear ,is dressed in a summer dress with her house work pinny over the top of it in the pocket of the pinny are the pegs for hanging out the washing & a small real of cotton. Around her neck the mother bear wears her treasured pearls. Her young bear cub is also wearing a colourful summer dress with bows in her hair/fur. While Clutched tightly in her paw is her favourite toy cat. The approx measurements are : From the solid wood base to the top of the mother bear is almost 19 inches tall The solid wood base is approx 10 inches wide 8 inches deep. My personalised designer metal tags are on the back of the bears. All my designs are my own creation each is hand made by my self . No two designs are ever made exactly the same.
