When your candle burns down to about 1/2 inch from the bottom of the jar, it's time to stop using it to avoid overheating the container. To safely remove any leftover wax: 1. Place the jar in the microwave for about 10 seconds. This will soften the remaining wax. Use caution as the jar may become hot. Alternatively, place the jar in a bowl of hot water for a few minutes to soften the wax. 2. Clean the jar with warm, soapy water to remove any remaining wax & residue. Dry it thoroughly. 3. Once cleaned, your jar is ready to be repurposed for storage, decoration, or any creative project you have in mind!
