Our tripod coffee table made from a wine barrel base with a glass top is a real eye-catcher in your living room, combining modern hairpin legs with a rustic wine barrel look. The glass top (70 cm diameter) allows an interesting view into the red-colored interior of the wine barrel. An original used wine barrel from the south is used for this tripod coffee table with a glass top (70 cm diameter). Since it was previously used to store red wine for several years, the inside of the barrel is intensely red, which can be seen through the glass top. The remaining red wine in the oak wood is not only a visual highlight, but also envelops the coffee table in a fine red wine scent that evaporates over time & is no longer noticeable in the room after a short time. The wine barrel base is supported by three sturdy hairpin legs. Since a different barrel is prepared for each table, each piece of furniture is unique due to the different characteristics (e.g. wood grain & color). We deliberately retain red wine stains & slight signs of wear in order to preserve the charm of the wine barrel. During processing, the oak wood & the rings are sanded & screwed together. The individual barrel staves are carefully clamped together. Nevertheless, slight gaps can form between the staves when the wood dries out. The hairpin legs are prepared with drill holes underneath the barrel lid, the appropriate screws & the glass plate are included in the delivery. Once the table legs arrive, you only need to screw them on to be able to assemble the piece of furniture. The height of the table can vary by a few centimeters due to the different lid thicknesses & barrel rim heights. The table shown in the picture in natural is an example of the high table at a height of 55 cm. The delivery does not include any decorative items that can be seen in the pictures. The final product looks similar to the picture. When ordering, please select the desired look & height. The delivery will be made in two packages, so they may arrive at different times.
