Perspex has the same clarity as glass There is a protective cover paper on the both side of the Perspex sheet, Please remove that before framing your picture Guideline about Sizing: When measuring a frame the picture size taken in to consideration so the size given i.e. 10x8 inches will be the size of the backing board & the glass. This size is taken from the back of the frame & not the front & not the overall size. When picture is placed in the frame approx. 4mm of your picture will be covered from all sides i.e. for a frame size 700x500mm the viewing window will be approx. 692x492mm. If your frame was 10x8 inches the viewing window at the front will measure approx. 9.7 x 7.7 Inches.
