Please allow additional time during weekends, bank holidays, & busy periods. Postage: Finished cushions are usually sent via: DPD tracked door-to-door delivery or Royal Mail Signed For delivery DPD delivery is extremely fast & often arrives within 1-2 working days from dispatch (excluding weekends). Important Information: Please send your clothing using a tracked or signed-for postal service where possible, as I cannot be held responsible for parcels lost before they arrive with me. QUESTIONS: CAN I RETURN MY ORDER? My items are handmade & therefore I do not accept returns unless due to a fault in the product. If you come across an issue or perhaps change your mind before your item is dispatched please get in contact straight away. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR YOU TO DISPATCH MY ORDER? I will work to have your order dispatched within 5 working days, if I have your item in stock I will dispatch the very next day, if I need to make your order I allow the 5 days so I can make sure this is made perfectly ready to dispatch.
