Composed of a wine barrel top & three hairpin legs, this chic coffee table is reduced to the essentials. The modern, narrow legs contrast with the rustic wine barrel. The table is delivered with the individual legs, which still need to be assembled. We offer three different table leg heights. in addition to the table leg height, there is also a lid thickness of approx. 8 to 10 cm & edge height! 35 cm table leg height = approx. 45 cm 40 cm table leg height = approx. 50 cm 45 cm table leg height = approx. 55 cm An original used wine barrel from the south is used for this coffee table. It was previously used to store red wine for around three to five years, which is why the oak wood inside the table is still colored red & gives off a subtle smell of red wine. However, this is hardly noticeable in the room & disappears after a few days. The top of the wine barrel is supported by three sturdy hairpin legs. Since a different barrel is prepared for each table, each piece of furniture is unique due to its different characteristics (e.g. wood grain & color). We deliberately retain red wine stains & slight signs of wear in order to preserve the charm of the wine barrel. Each barrel has its own signs of wear. During processing, the oak wood & the rings are sanded & screwed together. The individual barrel staves are carefully clamped together. Nevertheless, slight gaps can form between the staves when the wood dries out. The hairpin legs are prepared with drill holes underneath the barrel lid, & the appropriate screws are included in the delivery. Once the table legs arrive, you only need to screw them on to assemble the piece of furniture. The height of the table can vary by a few centimeters due to the different lid thicknesses & barrel rim heights. The natural table shown in the picture is an example of the middle table at a height of 50 cm. The delivery does not include any decorative items visible in the pictures.
