We ask you to provide us with at least 1 item of clothing for each keepsake cushion you would like & we use the front & back of each item, if you would like any neckline details/collars included we have another listing for this which you can find in store or follow the link below. Left over clothing will only be sent back on request as it makes the return parcel much heavier therefore more expensive. Once you have ordered your cushion we will message you with the address to send your clothing too, once we have received the item it will take approximately 1 week to make your cushion. We include the cushion inner in the price & all cushions are made at 16 unless we don't have enough fabric depending on the size of the clothing. Our cushions are sent Tracked & Signed 24 with Royal Mail due to their sentimentality & value.
