Name of Fish: Bronze Moray Koi Fish without scales Sold individually This bronze patina is applied in such a manner that the results resemble the beautiful patterns found on a Moray eel. Like my Koi Sun Fish variety with an almost nebula, cosmos, or sun spot type quality, I use very much the same techniques. in this version I just try to retain a tighter speckle like pattern. With such random results I see this look lending itself wonderfully to the unique patterns of Koi fish. They also lend themselves to a more interactive experience as you enjoy reposition them easily to new locations adding to the effect of them living within your garden or backyard environment. - I create them in three different materials: steel, stainless steel, & bronze. - They come in two different sizes 12 inch & 16 inch, - They come in two swimming positions curving left, & curving right. - The three materials give them a multitude of finish & color options to choose from. - Steel fish come pre-rusted & please expect them to continue to do so & darken over time rust can be beautiful. - Stainless steel fish will often retains much of that bright metallic quality & shows off the grind patterns. - Bronze fish offer the most vibrant & diverse patina possibilities. - Stainless & bronze fish come clear coated to help protect their finishes from the elements. - All fish have a 1/4 stainless steel rod stake that is 20-26 long welded to the body of the fish. - Sold individually - Please note that the images show two fish per image to show proportion but only one fish is sold per listing. You will have the option to choose large or small as you add them to your cart. Please note average turn around time is 2-3 weeks & items are custom made to order.
