Returns We will happily accept returns of your bespoke item if we have made a mistake or if your item has been damaged in transit. in these circumstances we will arrange collection with our courier & replace your item as priority free of charge. if there is any visible damage to the packaging please also send us photos of this. We will not accept returns due to mistakes caused by incorrect information supplied by user error when you ordered. We will happily rectify these errors at the buyer?s postal expense & cost, We will only offer a full refund if the error was our fault, we will issue this refund once the item is received back with us & has been inspected due to false claims. Any items that have been damaged in transit will only be offered a replacement, the replacement will only be available in the identical size, finish & description as the original order this is due to damage being caused purposely by the buyer to obtain a refund or exchange on an item ordered in error, sadly this does happen. Once item has been used it will null & void any returns we may allow. Cancellations If you realise you have made a mistake & would like to cancel your order we will happily refund you up until your wood has been cut & prepared for the workshop up to this point there will be a 24 cancellation fee to cover the admin costs, once refunded your refund will take 5-7 business days to clear back to your original payment method. Any cancellations once your item is in production will incur a 25% restocking surcharge, we will refund you minus this 25%. Customised order terms & conditions We will happily take on custom order requests for bespoke items or sizes, however, please be aware this work is taken on with the understanding that it is non-refundable. But Under UK law bespoke made to order items are excluded from this statuary right, & because of this we will not accept refunds or return on bespoke/custom made units, but if you have any issues with your order please contact us. Your happiness & satisfaction are our number one priority. If your item was damaged in transit, we would ask for pictures & a damaged form, will need filling out with the courier/delivery driver upon recieving the item. The damaged form you will be able to get from the driver delivering the item. If you notice its considerably damaged without opening the packaging the item should be refused delivery & this will then be returned to ourselfs to inspect. - All items must be checked upon delivery & if there is any issues they must be raised with 24hours.
