Mr. Northern Saw Whet Owl, Needle Felted Bird Fiber Art Sculpture

A small owl of all types of woodlands, the Northern Saw-whet Owl will sit still & not fly when discovered, which leads people to perceive them to be tame. This owl has been needle felted, a time consuming process in which wool roving is repeatedly poked by barbed needles until the desired shape is formed. Great care has been taken to accurately depict his color, markings & size. Mr. Saw Whet stands on sturdy wire feet & is life size at 7 inches in length & has glass black eyes. This bird is custom made once you place your order & payment is received. I usually ship within 2-4 weeks, but it depends on how many orders I have. Allow more time, especially during busy holidays or with multiple orders. Please let me know is you need him by a certain date!
