I am offering a sideboard made from reclaimed scaffolding planks, which will be handcrafted especially for you over the next four weeks. The planks will be thoroughly brushed & then sanded several times. Care will be taken to preserve all the natural imperfections, allowing the wood's inherent charm to shine through. As a final step, the sideboard will be treated twice with a food-safe hard wax oil. This finish gives the board its matte, vibrant surface & permanently protects the beautiful signs of wear. This sideboard is distinguished by its stunning grain & numerous natural imperfections such as nail holes, notches, dents, cracks, chips, warping, discoloration, & more. All these individual characteristics make the sideboard truly unique & one-of-a-kind. Important: The sideboard shown is a pre-made piece. Yours will always be newly crafted from old scaffolding planks & will always differ slightly in color, grain, & signs of wear, as each piece of wood is unique.
