I made this Hamsa in the hand-build method from high-fire porcelain, fired, glazed, & high-fired again in my studio kiln. I finished by adding an antique metallic flower & leaves pendant & beads on a black leather cord. My initials & the item number are stamped on the back. Hamsa meaning: The hamsa hand is an ancient Middle Eastern amulet that protects against the evil eye. It is a protective sign & brings its owner happiness, luck, health, & good fortune.
