Plant frame/mirror. Techniques used: -Vegetation by assembly (stabilized plants) -Acrylic spray paint -Laying gold leaf I present to you The Mirror Effect... I chose this name for a very specific reason. This plant mirror is a way for me to allow you to contemplate your image, but also to allow you to see me through the work. Let me explain: I can see you coming from here: No! Stop looking, you won't be able to see my reflection in that mirror. However, you will be able to see the reflection of my work through this one... This work is a poetic way of being able to offer you a part of me through your own eyes! We can therefore consider that we can indeed see Our reflection there, yours, & mine! This creation was created using a collection of preserved plants. They no longer require water or light, & will retain their freshness & beauty for many years to come.
