Commercial Gazebo Frame Poptents gazebo frames are made of 2mm thick Grade A aluminium, this is the base for the frame and is thicker than most of the gazebos on the market. The 3x3m has reinforced legs which are 40mm square, the roof bars measure 30x15mm and are also reinforced on the inside. This is significant because it means the roof bars and legs will stay straight under pressure, meaning the frame is stronger and more durable. The aluminium joints in the frame also add strength and supplement the strong bars. The metal joints prevent lateral movement in the roof of the gazebo and keep the bars and poles of the frame in the correct, braced position. Gazebo Fabric Specification The material used in the roof and sides of our tents is made from 100% Polyester with a PVC coating.
