Pop Up Gazebo Frame Specification Poptents metal gazebo frames are made entirely of grade A T4 aluminium which is 2mm thick. The legs of the gazebo are 40mm square and the roof bars are 30x15mm, both of which are reinforced on the inside. The metal joints throughout the frame supplement the strong roof bars which keep the gazebo in a strong braced position to withstand the weather conditions. These strong metal joints act as the suspension of the gazebo frame, preventing and absorbing the movement in the roof. The spring loaded centre pole will also dampen the effects of strong winds. The metal gazebo frame will easily hold the weight of 2-3 men hanging from the middle of the frame, showing the strength of the aluminium pop up gazebo frame Pop Up Gazebo Fabric Specification Poptents fabric has a 600D rating, which gives the fabric a toughness whilst remaining lightweight and flexible. The fabric is PVC coated which makes for a waterproof gazebo which is also UV resistant and flame retardant certified. The gazebo side walls join to the roof by an industrial velcro strip on the top edge of the side panel and inside of the roof. The sides will also join to the legs of the frame and zip together in the corners which gives a secure connection and keeps the weather out!
