Four spacious drawers as standard drawer count can be adjusted on bespoke orders. 2. Can I choose a different leather colour? Yes available in London Tan, Chestnut, Cognac, Dark Espresso, Oak Aged, Black, Olive Green, Royal Blue, or hand-dyed to any colour on request. 3. Can the size be changed? Yes height, width, & depth can all be adjusted to fit your space; just message me your requirements before ordering. 4. How much weight can each drawer hold? The hardwood frame & glide runners are built for everyday clothing & linen storage; message me if you have a specific heavy-use case in mind. 5. Does it come with a lock? Not as standard, but a lock & key can be added on bespoke orders just ask. 6. How long does delivery take? Bespoke builds have a 5-7 day lead time before dispatch, then tracked shipping to your address. 7. Do I need to assemble it? It arrives fully assembled & ready to use. 8. What's your return policy? 30-day returns on standard pieces. Bespoke or custom-specification builds are excluded from the statutory 14-day withdrawal right under UK/EU regulations, but I still offer the same 30-day return as a matter of shop policy. 9. How durable is this piece? Built using solid hardwood frames & hand-pinned bridle leather construction the same methods used generations ago. Many customers report their pieces still in excellent condition decades later. 10. Will I be charged customs or import fees?
