Handmade L-shaped solid wood desk, made to order in our Brighton workshop. Built from sustainably sourced, furniture grade timber with fully customisable size, finish, & configuration options to suit your workspace. Based on our bestselling desk design, this version offers a larger L-shaped layout, ideal for multi-monitor setups, studio work, or anyone who needs more surface area. The desk is built as two sections forming an L-shape with a straight or a mitred joint. The configuration can be mirrored to suit either left-hand or right-hand setups. Because this is a natural solid wood product, final dimensions may vary slightly (around 1-2cm). If you need exact measurements, let us know & we'll work to the centimetre. Desktop Configuration The desk is delivered as two separate tops designed to be fixed together during assembly. Some sizes can be assembled in our workshop & sent pre-assembled. If preferred, the two sections can also be kept separate for greater flexibility, easier movement, or modular setups. Leg Options The standard prices shown are based on the desk with hairpin legs. If you would like the square legs instead, please add the SQUARE LEGS UPGRADE option to your order along with the desk size you choose. Custom Finishes & Add-Ons This desk can be painted or stained to match existing furniture if none of the listed finishes are suitable. The optional add-ons aren't included as standard. If you'd like a keyboard tray or monitor stand with your desk, you can find & add them to your order from the Desk Dimensions, Legs & Add-Ons menu along with the desk size you need. If the add-ons are not added to your order, they won't be included with the desk. Timber Characteristics We work with real, solid timber. Every desk will feature unique grain patterns & natural characteristics such as knots, variations in colour, sap pockets, & minor splits. These features are a normal part of solid wood & do not affect the desk's strength or structural integrity. Solid wood naturally responds to its environment & may move slightly over time as humidity changes. This is expected & accounted for in the way our desks are designed & built. If any unexpected timber movement ever affects the function of your desk, we'll replace it for you. Cosmetic changes caused by everyday use, accidental damage, or prolonged exposure to moisture or unsuitable environments aren't covered, as they don't affect function. Delivery & Assembly Your desk will be delivered flat-packed to reduce the risk of damage during transit. Assembly is straightforward & requires only a screwdriver. All fixings will be included. We offer free delivery to all UK addresses. For orders outside of the UK, all import costs, including customs, duties & tariffs, as well as delivery costs, will be included in the price at checkout.
