A beautiful, elegant addition for the garden. This recycled metal heron makes a wonderful garden feature whether it be placed next to a pond, water feature or simply standing on a lawn or deck. A realistic heron sculpture with its long slender body it blends in perfectly with any garden design. Hand crafted from recycled oil drums & coated with a clear varnish, the heron is suitable to be left out all year around giving interest & structure to the garden in the winter months. The mix of colours from the different metals make this a striking piece, there may be touches of all different colours depending on the oil drum branding. Each of these products are handcrafted from recycled steel such as oil drums, cars & old white goods amongst other things. Some items may have holes in the steel from the previous purpose that it was used for or age, it will be solid & last for many years. There may also be blemishes or some colour on the steel this enhances the product & shows it truly is a recycled one off piece & doesn't detract from its beauty. If you would like us to try & find a piece without colour on it please say so in the notes section. We are happy for you to return any item at your cost if you are not happy with the colour etc but this is not classed as a fault so we are unable to cover the cost. We recommend that each year a fresh coat of varnish or aerosol lacquer be applied to maintain your sculpture. A good tip: A tent peg placed over the toe of the heron will secure the heron once in situ. If positioned on a decked area a simple U nail will secure the sculpture in place I'm Unique; Garden sculptures are individually hand crafted, measurements, heights & stances may vary.
