The Custom Order Process ???? 1. Place Your Order ???? Choose your quantity, if you have a special request (custom dimensions, specific hue, etc.), message me before or right after checkout I'm happy to discuss details. 2. Crafting Begins ???? Once your order is placed, I start crafting your lights by hand in my Stillwater, MN studio. This takes about 9-10 weeks depending on complexity & kiln schedule. Each piece is made using a low-waste, small-batch process to ensure quality & consistency. 3. Preview & Approve ???? Before anything ships, I'll send you detailed photos of your finished lamps. This is your chance to confirm you're happy with the results or request a tweak or redo if needed. I want you to love what you receive. 4. Final Touches & Packing ???? Once you give the green light, I'll carefully prepare & package your lights. Everything is double-checked for safety & fit before it leaves the studio. 5. Shipping & Tracking ????
