Pink & White Baby Blanket For Girls

I crocheted this baby blanket after making a similar one for my niece for her baby shower. I used 100% mercerized lilac colored cotton for the body of the blanket & cream colored mercerized cotton for the borders. I used a shell stitch for the design of both the borders & the blanket itself. The blanket measures 26 in. x 26 in. & can be washed & dried on the delicate cycle for both, but make sure the water cycle for washing it is cold or lukewarm, not hot. After seeing the positive reaction at my niece's baby shower, It is always more appreciated when you give them something that can't be found anywhere. The cotton yarn is imported from Turkey & is perfectly suited for a baby given how soft & smooth the yarn feels. Pink & White Baby Blanket For Girls
