This heron has proven to be a favourite with our customers over the years Hand crafted from a mixture of recycled mild & galvanised steel , The mix of colours from the different metals make this a striking piece. The heron looks wonderful in any location. Standing proud next to a pond or hiding amongst the flowers in a garden border Available in two sizes. Measurements: Small: 60cm Large: 100cm The photos are for illustration purposes only, you will receive a similar item to the one in the photo. Each of these products are handcrafted from recycled steel such as oil drums, cars & old white goods amongst other things. Some items may have holes in the steel from the previous purpose that it was used for or age, it will be solid & last for many years. There may also be blemishes or some colour on the steel this enhances the product & shows it truly is a recycled one off piece & doesn't detract from its beauty. If you would like us to try & find a piece without colour on it please say so in the notes section. We are happy for you to return any item at your cost if you are not happy with the colour etc but this is not classed as a fault so we are unable to cover the cost. These steel sculptures are suitable for outdoor use all year round. Each piece is coated with a clear exterior varnish. We recommend that after approximately 12 months you recoat with either a clear lacquer or an exterior clear varnish annually or as & when they require it. We suggest placing a tent peg over the toe to secure in place when positioning on a lawn or on soft ground. A staple nail can be used when positioned on decking. Please Note: I am made from recycled metal, I am not what you may call perfect, the metal may show rust spots etc. There is a coat of varnish over the metal to protect me.
