Handmade Console table They are made from 3.2cm THICKNESS of PINE,the top of the table is stained with an oil stain in Light oak,Dark oak, Black Ebony or Driftwood colours. The legs & the shelf underneath are unstained -prepared for painting , as a lot of my customers ask to paint it by themselves with colours that match other furniture in the house. This piece of furniture was made of Pine using traditional methods. The wood used for your furniture is a unique product of nature, not one piece of wood is equal in shape, structure or colour. That is why variations in colour shade are inevitable within each piece of furniture. Colour differences in comparison to showroom models are therefore to be expected. We don't recommend placing the furniture next to the heater. in case you have laminate or PVC flooring we urge you to apply felt protection underneath the legs to avoid possible damage. It is possible that the characteristic smell of the wood may be noticeable for a while. The smell usually disappears after one or two weeks. Additional ventilation can speed up this process.
