Our coffee tables made of iron & cherry wood are a real eye-catcher. The truncated pyramid shape appears highly minimalist in its Nordic design, but it is precisely this simplicity that gives it its expressive power. The simple shape of the square iron is enhanced by a side-beveled solid cherry wood panel. Each tabletop is entirely handcrafted in a small workshop in the district of Alttting & individually assembled according to wood color & grain. The cherry wood is surface-treated twice with a vegetable oil & wax mixture, making it almost water-repellent on the one hand, but retaining its natural feel on the other. As a sustainable raw material, this natural product is extremely versatile. This means that each side table differs from the others in grain, wood color, or other special features such as knots. Unlike an industrially manufactured mass-produced product, wood can change in shape & color over time. Our side tables are available in two different sizes & can be placed inside each other or next to each other to increase or decrease the surface area, depending on individual taste.
