Our all wooden dining table & bench range is the most complete expression of what we do at Pastos & Co. It reflects the materials we love working with, the way we want furniture in our own homes, & what excites us most to make. Each table & bench is made entirely from sustainably sourced, slow grown pine, bought locally from our sawmill. That includes the legs & the structure. Everything is built by hand from start to finish in our workshop. There are no laminated materials, no secondary components. What you see is the table, exactly as it was made by our small team, celebrating natural solid rustic wood. Every design decision is about how it feels to live with. The weight & stability when you lean on it, the space around your legs, how the surfaces hold up to daily use, & how the wood will change & deepen over time. It's calm, grounded furniture meant to be used, not tiptoed around. It's made to age beautifully rather than wear out. This is our crme de la crme. The most refined dining table & bench range we currently make, shaped by years of experience & a clear idea of what we want our furniture to be in people's homes for the long run. Item Details: Our dining set includes a solid wood table with the option of one or two matching benches. Each piece is made by hand from natural solid timber & finished to keep the surface smooth while retaining the character & grain of the wood. The sizes are as follows: Small Slim - 120x66cm - 4-6 Seater Small Wide - 120x88cm - 4-6 Seater Medium Slim - 160x66cm - 6-8 Seater Medium Wide - 160x88cm - 6-8 Seater Large Slim - 200x66cm - 8-10 Seater Large Wide - 200x88cm - 8-10 Seater If you'd like the benches to tuck under the table when not in use, just leave us a note with your order & we'll make them slightly narrower. There's no need to leave a note if you'd prefer the benches to be the same length as the table. If the size or finish you're looking for isn't listed in the dropdown, feel free to get in touch & we can make the table to your exact measurements. For reference, the table shown in the photos is the Large Slim size at 200x66cm, made with one matching bench (25cm narrower so it can be tucked under) & finished in our rosewood finish. Wood characteristics: Solid wood changes over time. Knots, grain variation, colour differences, & small marks from the timber's previous life are all part of the material & make each piece unique. Seasonal movement can cause minor changes such as slight cupping or hairline splits, which are normal with natural timber. These characteristics do not affect the strength or everyday use of the table. They're part of what gives each piece its individuality, ensuring no two tables are ever exactly the same. Important Details: This table & benches will be delivered with the legs detached to reduce the risk of damage during transit. A quick & simple assembly will be required to install the legs. No tools will be required. We offer free delivery to all UK addresses. For orders outside of the UK, all import costs, including customs, duties & tariffs, as well as delivery costs, will be included in the price at checkout.
