Our bespoke, round drum Ottoman is handmade & upholstere-to-order in a fabric of your choice, in our studio in London, UK. Your Ottoman is sold excluding fabric to allow this personalisation. You can either send us your own fabric to upholster or we can source & order the fabric on your behalf. We hold accounts with a vast array of fabric design designers & stockists so the possibilities are endless. Do you feel free to send us a photo of your interior in order to suggest appropriate designs that suit your space. If the fabric is ordered by us, we will invoice you separately for this. We can make your ottoman in most bespoke sizes if the listed measurements are unsuitable - please send your request via direct message. We order the fabric & materials to make the piece just for you, in your personal colours & style & therefore once production begins the sale is final. As all of our upholstered items & carimate chairs are bespoke & made to order (carimates are refurbished & painted in the customer's chosen colours), orders cannot be cancelled or refunded on the basis that final shipping costs are higher than expected or exceed the amount collected by Etsy at checkout. International orders are shipped on a Delivered At Place (DAP) basis. This means that any import duties, customs charges, VAT, brokerage fees or other taxes imposed by your country are the responsibility of the purchaser & are not included in the purchase price or shipping quote unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. For international shipments, we act as the exporter & the purchaser acts as the importer. We are happy to assist with any customs queries relating to the goods themselves, including materials, timber species & product information, but the purchaser remains responsible for import clearance & payment of any local charges.
