Each Andersson Dining Table we make is a true one-of-a-kind piece & is individually handmade to order from stunning reclaimed wood in our Hampshire workshop. Each plank of reclaimed timber we use is hand-picked for its rich & unique character, showcasing beautiful natural features along with an abundance of old industrial marks. All of this combined with the Andersson Table's minimalist Scandinavian design create a breathtaking centerpiece, capable of taking center stage in any dining room. The genuine reclaimed timber is sealed with a commercial grade professional lacquer making it very hard wearing & water & stain resistant. Each plank is sourced from local reclamation experts & has often come from old buildings or an industrial background. Therefore cracks, scuffs, open grain, old nail holes, saw marks, hammer indents & historic paint & rust traces are a common characteristic. Unevenness & small shallows in the wood are to be expected. As the reclaimed timber adjusts to the conditions in your home, over time there may be slight movement in the wood such as shrinkage between planks, as well as small cracks opening & closing depending on the environment. Each piece of our salvaged wood is totally unique & individual in almost every aspect. As such colour, texture & grain will vary across your item(s). The images of the colours & finishes in the gallery are indicative only & can vary. Please contact us if you wish to match the finish of a product you've ordered from us previously & we'll do our best. in the unlikely event you find the character or a particular detail in the reclaimed wood is not for you then we are happy to accept returns & offer a full refund however products should be returned at your cost, securely packaged & insured, within fourteen days of receipt of your order. We cannot refund items damaged on return to us so please package with care. DELIVERY: Delivery will usually be made within 3-5 working days once your order is complete. We use a two man delivery service, who will contact you directly after dispatch to arrange a suitable day & time for delivery. Please ensure suitable access. Please note we offer Free Delivery to UK Mainland only. Remote area delivery: Unfortunately we cannot deliver any of our Dining Tables outside of the UK mainland. This includes Northern Ireland, the Isle of Wight, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands & certain areas postcodes in Scotland (IV16 & above, KW, PA20 & above, PH20 & above) For delivery to the Scottish postcodes IV-IV15 , PA-PA19, PH-PH19, DD & AB, we can deliver our Dining Tables, however there will be an additional delivery charge. Please contact us for a quote. Access requirements: Once you place your order for your Andersson Dining Table, we will contact you directly to confirm you have sufficient access for delivery. Please read the following to ensure that delivery goes smoothly As this is a fully assembled (not flat-pack) & fully packaged piece you will require a minimum entrance width of 86cm with good clear surrounding access. 86cm accounts for the packaged height of the Table so it will need to be turned on its side so that it can be maneuvered into your home. If your door width is less than 86cm you may need to unpackage the table at the point of delivery which will reduce the required entryway width to 77cm. IMPORTANT: Our standard two-man delivery service includes packaged hallway delivery, & does not include unpackaging your item. However, we can upgrade this to a white glove service which includes unpackaging & room of choice delivery for an additional cost, so please let us know if this is of interest. If not, please make sure there is someone at hand to help you. If delivery is unable to take place due to issues at the delivery location (such as the item not fitting through your doorway or no one available to take accept delivery) & the item has to be returned to us, then the cost of the return will be charged to you or taken from your refund amount.
