Our range of stunning vintage hand embroidered Suzani headboards are made to order & each one completely unique. We have a range of headboard shapes & sizes ranging from double to Superking & various one off Suzanis to choose from. We will send photos of options via direct message. Please note these are UK bed sizes & international customers need to contact us prior to ordering with measurements & postcode for the Headboard quote & shipping estimate. We can do completely bespoke orders so do get in touch if you have ideas of your own! NB: Made to order items in premium fabrics cannot be returned or refunded unless there are genuine proven defects. We order the fabric & materials to make the piece just for you, in your personal colours & style & therefore once production begins the sale is final. We hold off production for 24h to allow you to cancel if you've ordered by mistake or changed your mind after which refunds & exchanges are not possible. As all of our upholstered items & carimate chairs are bespoke & made to order (carimates are refurbished & painted in the customer's chosen colours), orders cannot be cancelled or refunded on the basis that final shipping costs are higher than expected or exceed the amount collected by Etsy at checkout. International orders are shipped on a Delivered At Place (DAP) basis. This means that any import duties, customs charges, VAT, brokerage fees or other taxes imposed by your country are the responsibility of the purchaser & are not included in the purchase price or shipping quote unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. For international shipments, we act as the exporter & the purchaser acts as the importer. We are happy to assist with any customs queries relating to the goods themselves, including materials, timber species & product information, but the purchaser remains responsible for import clearance & payment of any local charges.
