Our bespoke upholstered headboards come in a range of designs & sizes, any Beata Heuman fabric complimented by contrasting piping detail. Please select your preferred bed size ranging from small single to super king, your headboard shape & specify the fabric & colour choices in the personalisation box & your contact phone number for the courier. Pls note that the listing is for wall-hung headboards & the floorstanding carry a 20% surcharge due to the additional fabric & upholstery time involved. NB: Made to order items in premium fabrics cannot be returned or refunded unless there are genuine proven defects. We order the fabric & materials to make the piece just for you, in your personal colours & style & therefore once production begins the sale is final. We hold off production for 24h to allow you to cancel if you've ordered by mistake or changed your mind after which refunds & exchanges are not possible. As all of our upholstered items & carimate chairs are bespoke & made to order (carimates are refurbished & painted in the customer's chosen colours), orders cannot be cancelled or refunded on the basis that final shipping costs are higher than expected or exceed the amount collected by Etsy at checkout. International orders are shipped on a Delivered At Place (DAP) basis. This means that any import duties, customs charges, VAT, brokerage fees or other taxes imposed by your country are the responsibility of the purchaser & are not included in the purchase price or shipping quote unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. For international shipments, we act as the exporter & the purchaser acts as the importer. We are happy to assist with any customs queries relating to the goods themselves, including materials, timber species & product information, but the purchaser remains responsible for import clearance & payment of any local charges.
