It has been layered with Hobb's Heirloom cotton polyester batting & white Kona cotton on the back, & machine quilted in an allover meandering stitch with cotton thread. The edges have been bound with bias binding in a light blue stripe, & white ribbon ties have been encased within the binding to tie neatly along the open side.
