Poppy Troll has a clear background. ##Because I hand cut each piece, each sheet of glass is unique & the kiln process, no two are identical. Because of this, you will be receiving one similar to the one shown but not identical.## The night light comes with the base & can be plugged into most 110 sockets & a bulb for your convenience. The dimensions are approximately 2.5 x 5 inches (with base) I hand cut each piece with a hand held glass cutter in my home studio. I place the pieces in my kiln for approximately 18 hours to fuse the pieces together. I epoxy the base onto the glass to complete the work. Care Instructions: Hand wash with warm soapy water, rinse & DRY throughly BEFORE plugging in the light or use a glass cleaner.
