The first time I made this was for my church's AWANA group where I was a Sparks Director. Our church was going through a difficult time & I saw that it was affecting the spirit of my kids. Because I believe there's nothing greater than the power of prayer, I made the kids write their own prayers on a strip of colored paper & had them insert it in a clear ornament ball. Some chose to read their prayers out loud while others chose to keep it between them & God, but there's no doubt that this helped to uplift their spirits & encourage their faith. The final product is found on the 3rd & 4th images, which turned out so colorful & beautiful. The first three image was what I hung up in my little apartment, which was so perfect! I love real Christmas Trees & the scent of a good Douglas Fur, but I just did not find it sensible to have a cut tree in a home just for mere decoration that lasts only 1 month. I also didn't want to deal with cleaning the fallen needles daily & the chance of spiders or any type of bug living in it that I decided to make something aerial & minimal (where it won't take up any space on my floor). The hard part is already done. All you have to do is make memories with loved ones & to cherish whatever meaning that comes about this mobile ornament tree. The kit includes the following: 1.
