So you can use it year after year, or all year round. Size: 3.5 inches x 2 inches (9 cm x 5 cm). Ready to hang: a 6-inch (15 cm) hanging wire is attached. (If you would like a different length wire, I will be happy to change it for you. Just leave a Note for the seller when placing your order, stating the length you would like, measured from the top of the tree to the top of the hanging loop.) Each tree is lovingly handcrafted, making every item one-of-a-kind. That means your order will be a truly unique work of art. HOW IT'S MADE: I cut a tree shape from clear glass & the stripes from wispy white glass & red glass, lay the pieces together, & fire it in my kiln for 24 hours. I then add spots of white glass paint & fire it in the kiln again. After checking it over & giving it a good clean, I add the hanging wire & my personal logo/tag to finish it off. Each finished tree is wrapped in tissue paper & securely packaged for shipping. CARING FOR YOUR FUSED GLASS: This is a fragile glass product & should be treated with care. Please do not hang it where it will get knocked or buffeted by the wind, or where it is likely to fall. It is intended for indoor use, but it can be used outdoors in sheltered locations. I recommend bringing it indoors in frosty or windy weather. The glass can be gently wiped with a damp, soft cloth & dried with a soft, lint-free cloth or kitchen towel.
