If you do not receive your item within 5 working days of receipt of the dispatch email please let us know. If for any reason you are not happy with your item please do message us before leaving feedback & we shall do our best to resolve any problems you may have. You may return the item to us for a refund of the item cost. The refund does not include the delivery or return postage costs.
